Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS

Standard orders are shipped via UPS.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Absolutely no refunds will be given based on unsatisfactory shipping time.

The cost of shipping charges is calculated for each order individually, based on the order quantity and the zip code of the "ship to" address, is available in the order configuration tool, and is added to the price of the wallpaper order.

Samples are sent via First Class Mail, c/o the US Postal Service.

How long will my order take?

Our experience with the printer is that orders are completed and shipped by the printer within 2-3 weeks of order placement on our web site.  Shipping time via UPS from their facility to you will depend on how far you are from central North Carolina.

Check for damage upon receipt of goods

Upon receiving the package from the courier, the Customer should check it for any damage.  In cases of contents damage or if the package has been opened prior to delivery, do not sign the receipt and ask the courier to fill in the shipping damage report.

The Customer is obliged to inform our online shop about shipping damage as quickly as possible.
