Refund Policy

Every Order Triggers Custom Production For You

Each wallpaper and mural order is custom printed to your order quantity.  Hence, we are unable to provide a refund once an order has been placed.  Each custom order shall be deemed a final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable sale.

We offer samples of all our patterns for a nominal fee, so if you are unsure, start with a sample!  We don't refund sample orders unless we sent you the wrong sample, in which case we'll send you the correct one after you notify us of our mistake.

Inspect Your Order Before Proceeding

The products must be inspected by you or by the wallpaper installer that you have appointed to carry out the work before installation.  If you perceive a defect in the product delivered, you must notify us immediately.

Restrictions on Returns for Refunds

Returns for defective products will require us to examine the products prior to any decision on a refund.  Claims on a product with an apparent defect must reach us, in full, within 15 days of receipt of your order, otherwise the claim will be denied.  We will review your claim within a reasonable time period, usually less than 30 days, and will inform you of our decision.  All claims must be made initially by email. This email must include all relevant information that can help us process your request as quickly as possible (order number / invoice/photos of defect) and explanations of the problem encountered.

In case of discovering technical flaws after installing the wallpaper, claims will be rejected.  DPPC will not be able to accept any claim for damages due to incorrect application.
